SAE 100R5 Fiber Cover Hydraulic Hose
Unlike standard rubber-covered hoses, R5 features a fiber braided cover, which provides enhanced protection against abrasion, ozone, and external impact, while also improving flexibility. It is widely used for conveying petroleum-based oils, lubricants, hot oil, as well as air and water lines, especially in transportation and heavy-duty vehicle systems.
ZIODE hose complies with SAE 100 R5 standards and is also suitable for applications requiring DOT air brake certification (SAE J1402 Type AII).
