Stainless Steel PTFE Hoses (Inner Smooth Tube & Inner Corrugated Tube)
SAE 100 R14 is available in two main types:
1. Smooth Bore PTFE Hose (Inner Smooth Tube)
Low friction coefficient for high flow efficiency and minimal pressure drop
Non-stick surface, easy to clean, ideal for food, pharmaceutical, and paint systems
Excellent for continuous flow and high-purity applications
2. Corrugated PTFE Hose (Inner Convoluted Tube)
Superior flexibility with smaller bend radius
Ideal for tight installation spaces and dynamic applications
Enhanced resistance to vibration and repeated movement
Both types are reinforced with high-tensile stainless steel braid (SUS304 or SUS316), ensuring strong pressure containment and long service life under demanding conditions.
With advanced PTFE extrusion and precision braiding technology, ZIODE ensures uniform wall thickness, stable pressure performance, superior cleanliness, and customized solutions (smooth/corrugated, conductive core, fittings assembly) for global industrial applications. We can supply the hose with SUS304 stainless steel braiding where all kinds of couplings can be available. We provide complete 100r14 hose assembly services, crimping the hose with your specified fittings (JIC, NPT, BSP, etc.) for immediate installation.
